Our French partners have developed state-of-the-art technology which has allowed them to gain a leading position in the European market. Our goal today is to expand into the US market and become one the key player in embedded telematics in vehicle.

 

We are looking for a responsible Administrative and Sales Assistant. To start, you will have to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including:

–  providing support to our managers,

– assisting in daily office needs,

– managing our company’s general administrative activities

Then, as our company grows, you will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. You are goal-oriented and have a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. You have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team.

Ultimately, you should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office and eventually be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, professional working proficiency in French, and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.

 

Package:

–  annual salary $35k -40k range
