The first restaurant opened in 2003 in Hermosa Beach. Throughout the years, they opened 4 new locations across the Greater Los Angeles area, in Redondo Beach, Long Beach, Culver City and Beverly Hills.
Inspired by the Breton culture and culinary traditions, the Bistrot is specialized in authentically prepared sweet and savory crêpes, which are staples of this French region.
