As part of your implementation project, an Attorney mandated by the FABC will be responsible for legal and administrative procedures, including the obtention of Visas or Green cards based on your situation. The Attorney in charge of your legal implementation will also provide legal advice on different strategies to adopt as part of your implementation.

Administrative and government fees as well as licences to operate your business on the American soil, are included in the service.

Mitsou is a French native and a longtime resident of the USA. She has been a successful entrepreneur in the real estate industry for over 20 years and has worked for over 15 years as a Manager and CEO of companies looking to improve their business efficiency. She is now in charge of our memberships, and events and assisting our company members to settle in Los Angeles.

Aspet Hovanessian is the Vice President of the Business Development International Clientele Department at Bank of the West (BNP Paribas). He is responsible for assisting international clients in opening their accounts and provides advisory services and support throughout the process.
