Schedule: Upon Manager’s request
Job Description:
Ensure back office administration is executed properly – Checking orders, placing orders and liaising with suppliers
Assist the sales team and management with the organization and creation or orders and with project work
Showroom maintenance and organization – Placing orders for office supplies or other necessary items requested by management
Ensuring showroom has necessary tools and samples for success – Organizing company trips, meetings and placing orders when necessary
Assistance with after sales team and customer service
Facilitate with showroom transfer and inventory
Required Skills:
Highly motivated and detailed follow through
Good organizational abilities
Effective problem solving
Microsoft office and basic excel
Good teamwork as well as ability to work independently as instructed
