Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Supervisor: Showroom Manager
Location: 8850 Beverly Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA, 90048
Schedule: Upon Manager’s request (Total 5 days a week; may include Saturday and some Sundays)
Job Description
- Ensure back office administration is executed properly
- Checking orders, placing orders and liaising with suppliers
- Assist the sales team and management with the organization and creation of orders
- Assist sales team with project work
- Showroom maintenance and organization
- Placing orders for office supplies or other necessary items requested by management
- Ensuring showroom has necessary tools and samples for success
- Organizing company trips, meetings and placing orders when necessary
- Assistance with after sales team and customer service
- Facilitate with showroom transfer and inventory
Required Skills
- Highly motivated and detailed follow through
- Good organizational abilities
- Effective problem solving
- Microsoft office and basic excel
- Good teamwork as well as ability to work independently as instructed
